The short version
Make the pancakes first. If you wouldn't make them again, write to us within 7 days of buying and we'll refund you.
How to ask
Send an email to keepthefoodsyoulove@gmail.com and include:
- The email address you used at checkout.
- The date you bought the book, or the order number from your receipt.
- A line saying you would like a refund. You do not have to explain why, though it helps us make a better book if you do.
What happens next
We look up the order and reply to confirm. We aim to answer within 2 business days.
The money goes back to the payment method you used, through Lemon Squeezy, which handles our payments. How long it takes to show on your statement depends on your bank or card.
Once an order is refunded, the license to use the book ends, and we ask that you delete your copy.
After 7 days
Requests that arrive later than that are not covered by this policy. If something went wrong with your order, write to us anyway and tell us what happened.
Trouble with the file
If the book did not arrive or will not open, you do not need a refund to fix that. Write to keepthefoodsyoulove@gmail.com and we will get a working copy to you.
